REMEDY
 
Place a few whole cloves in your mouth and moisten with saliva. Gently crush with teeth releasing the healing oil and press against the problem tooth. Leave for 30 minutes. Repeat several times a day.

Apply a used chilled black teabag and place it on the bruise for 15-20 minutes.  Black tea helps tighten the tissues which reduces blood pooling and discolouration.

Mix 2 tablespoons of organic coconut oil with 1 tablespoon of natural lemon juice and massage  into your scalp for a few minutes. Wash your hair after 20 minutes and repeat 2-3 times per week. Coconut oil helps eliminate dandruff due to its anti-fungal properties.
