Can I freeze my membership?
Can be cancelled and re-opened at any time, therefore no need to freeze.
Silver & Gold Memberships:
3 month contract
cannot be frozen.
6 month contract can be frozen for up to one month.
12 month contract can be frozen for up to two months.
However we do require you to contat us directly to organise your membership to be frozen.
Where is The Green Ward based?
We are based in London. Nutrition consultations are conducted through Skype, One to One health assessments are held at Pure Gym, Canary Wharf.
Who will provide my programs in The Green Ward SERVICES?
All programs and services are carried out by Certified Advanced Personal Trainer, Anthony Ward and Regisietered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr.) Marina Green
What level of contact will I receive?
Depending on the membership you hold you can expect:
Bronze Membership: unlimited email contact whereby we aim to reply to your queiries within 24 hours.
Silver Membership: depending on contract up to 4 one to one 30 mins consultations by skype per year to asses nutrition and fitness goals and unlimited email contact.
Gold Membership: depending on contract up to 4 one to one 30 mins nutrition consultations & upto 4 one to one 30 mins training consultations by skype per year to asses nutrition and fitness goals and unlimited email contact.
Is nutrition part of these memberships?
Yes, the level of nutritional support depends on the type of membership you have.
How does payment work?
Payment for Memberships is currently through paypal only and confirmation is sent electronically.
Bronze Membership is monthly with no contract.
Silver & Gold Memberships are based on either 3, 6 or 12 month contracts.
Nutritional Therapy Services is through BACS transfer, unless we agree otherwise. We will email you an electronic invoice once you have booked your appointment.
Do you carry out any allergy tests?
If appropriate we may recommend that you have a test to identify a deficiency, an allergy or toxin level and to measure hormones or digestive efficiency. The right test allows us to identify issues and treat more accurately, thus improving your results. We currently use the services of Genova Diagnostics
