My Bespoke Diet Plans are specifically designed to help you achieve your health goals through nutrient dense foods, whether you want to lose weight, address a specific issue or improve overall health and wellbeing.
Before a bespoke plan can be written for you, I will need to fully understand your current health status, diet and lifestyle. Therefore you will be asked to complete and return The Green Ward's detailed health questionnaire & activity diary before I can start your plan.
Please bear in mind that the more precise your information is, the more specific your nutrition plan can be to enable you to achieve your goal(s).
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT...
You will have a consultation lasting about 20 minutes to gather information from you. This will allow me to understand your health concerns and goals
The consultation will typically take place via Skype, Face time or by phone
I may also ask you to expand on certain parts of your completed health questionnaire. This will enable me to customise a suitable plan for your needs
