My passion is changing the lives of women by showing them the positive adaptations their bodies can make in response to how they nourish it. 

My turning point came a few years ago when I hit 50 and realised I had given my "best" years to everyone except myself! I wasn't prepared to enter my autumn years feeling tired, moody, flabby and designated to the fifty and forgotten box!   

Through mindful eating and a different mind-set, I crafted a routine that has not only seen me through the menopause symptom free, but more energised, happier and with a feeling of being ageless! 

As part of my continuing desire to help women approach middle age feeling empowered with their health I attend conferences and seminars at the leading edge of nutritional medicine. 


As a result of my commitment I have no nonsense programs that are all about being you, but healthier!  

I am an Elite Personal Trainer, nutritionist and health coach with 18 years’ experience. I love transforming the lives of my clients by teaching them how to become healthy, energised and happy through a balanced lifestyle.  


However, before I was able to change the lives over others, I needed to help myself as I never fully understood the impact a bad diet would have on my life.  


In my mid-twenties my weight went from 85kg to 102kg in 6 months. I was feeling tired, stressed and my mood was low. It was at this point that I needed to make a change! I stopped bad habits, I began to eat clean, train smarter and appreciated the role nutrition played on my health and wellbeing.


Through my journey of weight loss, I gained invaluable knowledge and understanding of what it took to go from being unmotivated and overweight to who I am today. My passion now is helping people to become the healthiest version of themselves.
